FlowJix ("FlowJix", "we", "our", or "us") operates the website https://flowjix.com and the FlowJix — Batch AI Video Automator Chrome extension (Extension ID: aggckmdfpjoepkpdidjfbfpkioleajoo).

This Privacy Policy explains how FlowJix collects, uses, handles, stores, and shares user data when you install and interact with our Chrome extension or visit our platform. We are committed to complete transparency, user control, and compliance with the Google Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies, including the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.

2. Single Purpose & Scope

The single purpose of the FlowJix Chrome Extension is to automate batch image and video generation queues, maintain visual continuity across multi-scene storyboards via frame chaining, and download generated media into tidy local folders exclusively on Google Flow (https://flow.google.com/*) via a Chrome Side Panel interface.

3. Categories of Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to deliver our services, authenticate accounts, verify subscription quotas, and disburse affiliate commissions.

4. How We Collect Your Data

We collect data through the following mechanisms:

• Direct User Input: When you register an account, sign in, enter prompts into the Side Panel queue, submit an EasyPaisa payment receipt screenshot, or submit an affiliate withdrawal request.
• Google OAuth 2.0 (chrome.identity): When you choose "Sign In with Google", we receive your verified Google email address and public profile ID via Google's official OAuth 2.0 authentication service. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail messages, contacts, or other Google services.
• Local Browser APIs: The extension utilizes Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.local API to persist batch queues, prompt libraries, and local execution state on your personal machine.

5. How We Use and Handle Your Data

FlowJix uses the collected data strictly for the following legitimate purposes:

1. Providing Extension Functionality: Enabling batch prompt submission, storyboard frame chaining, and automated media downloading on Google Flow.
2. Account & Quota Management: Enforcing the 10 free daily prompt limit, adding referral bonus prompts (+10 prompts per referred friend), and activating unlimited generation for PRO, Agency, and Lifetime subscribers.
3. Transaction & Payout Processing: Reviewing user-submitted payment receipts to activate premium plans, tracking affiliate cash commissions, and processing payout requests via local bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
4. Security & Fraud Prevention: Detecting bot abuse, quota manipulation, or fraudulent chargebacks, and enforcing temporary or permanent suspensions where terms are violated.
5. Transactional Communications: Sending mandatory email verification links, payment advice slips, withdrawal status updates, and critical system announcements.

6. Data Storage, Retention & Security

A. Data Storage

Account profiles, quota balances, referral commissions, and payment verification records are hosted on Supabase Inc., an industry-standard enterprise PostgreSQL platform hosted on AWS infrastructure with SOC2 Type II compliance.

B. Security Measures

• Encryption in Transit: All communications between the FlowJix extension, website, and backend are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS).
• Encryption at Rest: All database records, user profiles, and credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
• Row-Level Security (RLS): Our database employs granular Row-Level Security policies ensuring that users can only read and write their own authorized profile and session records.

C. Data Retention

We retain account and referral data only as long as your account remains active. Local prompt queues and storyboard data stored in chrome.storage.local remain on your device until you clear your browser data or uninstall the extension. You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated records at any time by contacting us.

7. Third-Party Sharing & Disclosures (Parties Data Is Shared With)

To deliver our services, FlowJix shares specific, limited data with the following trusted third-party service providers, each subject to strict data protection obligations:

Other Disclosures: We do not share data with any other third parties, except where required by lawful subpoena, court order, or applicable law to protect the safety, rights, or property of FlowJix or our users.

8. Chrome Web Store User Data Policy & Limited Use Disclosure

FlowJix complies fully with the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies, including the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy:

• FlowJix requests only the permissions strictly required to deliver the extension's user-facing batch automation features.
• FlowJix does not allow any third-party marketing, analytics, or behavioral tracking SDKs inside the extension package.
• FlowJix does not transfer user data to third parties for purposes unrelated to the extension's single purpose.
• FlowJix does not use or transfer user data to serve targeted advertising or creditworthiness assessments.
• Google API Limited Use Disclosure: FlowJix's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. User Rights & Data Control

You have full control over your personal data:

• Right to Access: You can view your current account details, subscription plan, prompt quota, and referral balance directly in the extension's Account and Affiliate panels.
• Right to Rectification: You can update your account details by contacting support.
• Right to Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): You may request the permanent deletion of your account, referral history, and all associated database records by emailing contact@flowjix.com or admin@flowjix.com with the subject "Delete My Account". Deletion requests are processed within 72 business hours.
• Right to Clear Local Data: You can delete all local prompt queues, history, and preferences at any time by clearing extension storage in Chrome (chrome://settings/content/all) or uninstalling the extension.

10. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

FlowJix is designed for creative professionals, video editors, and adults. Our extension and website are not directed at, marketed to, or intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly delete such information.

11. International Data Transfers

FlowJix operates globally. Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in secure data centers located in the United States and other jurisdictions where our cloud infrastructure providers (Supabase, AWS, Google) maintain facilities. These providers maintain high standards of data protection including standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and enterprise security certifications.
